Had wonderful fried asparagus at NY's Cookshop Restaurant. Crispy and delicious. I love that they use seasonal ingredients.
What to do with RAMPS
Just had delicious pizza at Cookshop that was vegetarian. Ramps galore...never thought of putting them on a slice, but it really made the dish.

I think the aplication should include restaurants that use only local food in their dishes, such as the affordable Hundred Acres downtown. I have been amazed at the low cost for dinner and all the food is in season, organic etc.
