Sunday Brunch: Cornmeal Pancakes with Honey, Salt and Cracked Black Pepper
I just made these, and unfortunately, they seem to have way too much baking soda. I had to look at the recipe again just to make sure I didn't mess up. I would at least halve it, and maybe more. It's the strongest taste that comes across.
How Serious Are You About What You Pack For Lunch?
I try to make a big pot of something and freeze portions in individual tupperware containers--just pop one out in the morning and go. But on weeks when that doesn't happen, I just stick some frozen veggies and frozen grains into a tupperware and add some jarred sauce--italian, indian, or asian. When I microwave it at lunch, it's like a rice bowl.
What’s Your Favorite Weird Snack Combo?
Cinnamon on plain yogurt, popcorn dipped in honey/agave/salsa/hummus/laughing cow cheese/whatever's around!

Pancetta, Lettuce, Tomato, I presume (like a BLT).
I like both ardesia and casellula--I just go to them for different things. When I want to have a long, relaxed conversation, Ardesia is the best. And I've found, in the 10 or so times that I've been there, that they do really know their wines.
