The Tornado Potato Touches Down in the U.S.

Isn't it basically the same thing as Ribbon Fries that have been at state fairs for years? The only difference is Ribbon Fries are served in a pile on a plate. Very yummy covered with cheese, bacon & chives!

I always get requests from my family for my tomato pie. Simply layer slices of fresh ripe tomatoes, fresh chopped basil, and feta cheese. Dab small amounts mayo in randomly.

It's delicious!
