did not tie boneless leg of lamb roasts
I did not realize that I should have tied my boneless legs of lamb - So now I have had them (2) 6lb boneless legs of lamb,in two pans in the oven on 325 for one hour. I do not have a thermometer and mom said cook 30 minutes per pound.
Anyway to make sure that 1 they cook evenly and two how long I should cook them?
2.5 HOURS - CUT A LITTLE OFF SMALLER END AND WAS PINK WITH RED CENTER SO LETTING IT GO ANOTHER 25 MINUTES AND CHECK AGAIN.
