Cook the Book: 'The Breakaway Cook'

there's so many i don't even know where to start. But I know that salmon has to be in the list somewhere. I have so many of my favorite dishes with salmon.

My all time favorite is noodle salad with lots of vegetables and tofu. I like soy sauce based dressing with a hint of sesame oil.

Batali...because everything he cooks makes me salivate.

Morimoto's Cookbook Can Be Yours This Weekend

Morimoto has been my favorite since the original show- he is humble, exquisitely creative and inspiring!

Mario! I like Bobby Flay too for his personality--I think he's misunderstood, but Mario's food looks too good.

Batali is the best, he just looks like someone you want cooking your italian food.

sakai for the original, mario for the american version. i am always drooling before the end of the show.

Bobby Flay is my favorite Iron Chef purely because I like watching him during judging as he gets increasingly red and flustered.

Mario Batali is my favorite. Morimoto is a close second. Flay makes me want to turn off the TV.

Morimoto, of course, he was the rebel among the old school competitors, and the class act on the new show.

I'll go with Mario Batali for the time being, but I have hopes for John Besh.

Absolutely Batali...and I really do hope he sticks with it!

Old-style, it's got to be Iron Chef Hiroyuki Sakai, the man is just impressive, both skillwise and with his attitude.

Iron Chef America...I'd say Morimoto, I like seeing how he's grown since the original, then Mario Batali, who I think is amazing, anyway.

Mario Batali & Cat Cora
They are both fantastic to watch and have a little humor to them.

Mario Batali - He's such an earnest and engaging chef. Love his energy and enthusiasm for good food. And he's a gracious winner and loser, unlike a certain grilling guru. Too bad the Food Network has dumped his shows so they can air more vapid fare.

sakai is my top choice, batali for the u.s. version. i also enjoy the added entertainment of chairman kaga.

Morimoto and Sakai . For some reason I can't put into words The new Iron Chef show just isn't the same show. It's good ,but it's lacking the Asian touch and is too rooted in New York.
