My favorite Ham Sandwich????
The Ham has to be right off the bone, leftover style, Zingg Cave Aged Gruyere, Stone ground Mustard, grilled slices of Ambrosia Apples, Cornichones and a good amount of corse ground Black Pepper . All of that in between 2 thick slices of Potato Sourdough bread then Toasted with 82% Butter.
It's a Show Stopper and a heart stopper, but more importantly, It's a Tasty morsel.
Crispy enough so that the fat is crunchy but not so much that the meat is dried out

Karashi - Japanese mustard. Super spicy but very good.
With pepperoni, Swiss cheese and Dijon Mustard on Ciabatta bread.
I sometimes substitute Provalone for the Swiss
Mustard and maybe some really sharp cheese. But mosty - mustard.
Although a ham sandwich on sweet phillipino bread, with jam and white cheese is oddly good.
