Thanks for intruducing me to Hug Fearnley-Whittingstall..wow what a name...I find his concept very interesting and want to purchase his books.
I would also appreciate under your next blog on grilling tips for some tips on health hazards of eating charcoal grilled foods. I always feel I am poisening myself with that lighter fluid and charcoal but I love grilling..

Anyone that doesn't like/love Emeril I truly must wonder about.
Who needs technique when you follow his instructions given on an 8th grade level.
