The broth might be similar to korean seolleongtang broth in that it's mainly about the milky and mild taste from the bones more than from the meat. Seolleongtang is bland to some (and unseasoned - you add salt yourself) but I crave its comforting qualities. I will try He Nan's soup and compare...
