Calvin's Royal Rib House, Bed-Stuy Barbecue Worth the Line
Not exactly a ringing endorsement. Did I miss something?
Served: Reservations or Lack Thereof
Hannah, this is a good opportunity to tie in a post of yours from a few weeks back, where you described two diners sharing only one entree and one drink but occupying the table for hours. When there are people with reservations waiting to sit, is there any attempt to (gently or otherwise) persuiade the table hogs to leave? It would obviously be in the best interest of the restaurant, the server and the waiting party.

Secrets of Minetta Tavern's Black Label Burger
Fantastic coverage, Nick. Is this the same or a different blend from what's at City Burger?
How's the Burger at Wildwood Barbecue?
Nick, great assessment as usual, but the most compelling item on the Wildwood menu is the lamb ribs.

Top 11 Crazy Real Burgers You Can Eat
The phrase "AHT's own" is inaccurate when referring to the Hamburger Fatty Melt. Using two grilled cheese sandwiches was already practiced at least as early as 2007 and is one of the recipes in Ken Reader's book "King of the Q's Blue Plate BBQ" (page 106).
Katie Lee Joel Defends Her Burger Bash Victory
If it's not a burger, why all the fuss about the "two grilled cheese sandwiches as bun" burger that's all the rave here lately?
Have higher food prices affected food bloggers?
My blog is restaurant-focused, covering New England and New York, so I'm seeing rising costs two ways: the higher menu prices and the higher gas prices.
Do I mind or have I changed? No. For me, my restaurant explorations and my blog are my hobby. So just as baseball fans pony up more each season to see the same number of games, I'm paying a little more to do what I enjoy, so why change?

Look, all of us want more blog traffic, and there is no way we can read all of our collective blogs, but we should really make an effort to check out at least other 5 SE's blogs if we post our own in this thread --after all, not fair to 'shill' if you don't help others out!

So wonderful to have so many fellow writers! I actually have two blogs to share. One is my personal blog: www.thedilettantista.wordpress.com which covers, well, EVERYTHING, cooking, restaurants, movies, etc. I started it this summer when I was living in New York City for an internship, so it is especially heavy on NYC eating.
I am also a contributing writer to Carpe Durham, a food blog that focuses on eating in Durham, North Carolina. The blog was started a few years ago by Duke law students, and I am a newer writer. The blog is a great source if you live in the Triangle area!

While I'm at it, I'd like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you food bloggers. The time, effort, and enthusiasm you all put into your blogs delights, entertains, and educates the rest of us.
Thank you all!
