What is the best garlic press? I need a new one!

I have both the Pampered Chef and the Kuhn Rikon. Both are great, but the Pampered Chef's finish is nearly gone while the Kuhn looks just like new. I love the Kuhn garlic press - it even flips out the garlic remains for easy cleanup.

Aebelskiver: The Tastiest Breakfast Treat You Can't Pronounce

I received a cast-iron version from Aunt Else's. Looks much more robust than the W-S pan. I've made these so many different ways ... different flours (whole wheat, rice), different flavorings (almond, coconut, lemon), and fillings. I have a new favorite each time I make them!

.... and yes, I eat them for breakfast!

How to Make Mozzarella

I never understood cheese-making recipes that just involved melting/heating curds... aren't the real recipes actually making it from milk? I have found citric acid and rennet at several health food stores (and I live in a small town) and it is incredibly easy... probably just as easy as melting cheese.
