They are seriously good... Had a Chicago dog and the New Yorkers.... Steamed buns... Even had a poppie seed bun for the Chicago dog.... So good for a chain... And no.. I don't work for them...

YES YES and YES..... Our family loves to smoke briscuit and Steelhead Trout... It is the best hamburger - hands down..... You will need a place setter to smoke for indirect heat and to make it a hassle free smoker a DIGI Q from BBQ guru.com.... I have the XLG and would highly recommend the size for smoking extra's ( we smoke two briscuits or salmon .. etc...
