Fiddleheads? Hen in the Woods in IL?

Two questions.
I might be a bit late for this but where are they selling fiddleheads in the Chicago area, preferably north side or north suburbs?

This morning at the Evanston Farmers Market, the mushroom guy said there is now a law in Illinois that prohibits selling wild mushrooms at farmers markets. Is this true? Is it just farmers markets?
