I lived in Holland for most of my life, and McD there was indeed mostly like squashed blobs. (Like US then, from what I read here). I've lived in Hong Kong and China for the past 4 years and I gotta say McD is a LOT better here. Always made to order and lightning fast, with adequate service. In Holland the stuff is often made in advance and just lying around waiting for someone to buy it, yuk. Service is an insult there.
BK quite the opposite, pretty decent in Holland, terrible in China.
Mozzarella Stick-Topped Burger from Red Robin
No thanks, I don't want anything deepfried on a burger, including onion rings and certainly not cheese sticks. All the other ingredients are just wrong too, pepperoni and marinara on a burger, yuk. Peppers could work, I do like jalapenos.

@ag3208: Of course McD follows the population density, hence the rather uneven spread. Look, the major metropolitan areas light up like galaxies.

We had BK here trying that recently with a 2-standard-patties sub. It was a mess, not in a good way.
