Cook the Book: Albacore Crudo with Caperberries
Cod baked with chopped tomatoes, fresh basil, fresh marjoram, a little garlic, black olive oil cured olives, marjoram, olive oil, white wine, salt and pepper. Let everything except the fish and wine sit at room temperature for an hour, put fish in baking pan pour tomato mixture around it, with enough to surround fish well, add 2/3 cup dry white wine to the pan, and bake at 400 until cooked, about 15 minutes.
