Morimoto's Cookbook Can Be Yours This Weekend
Mario Batali.
Homer: Are you saying you're never going to eat any animal again? What about bacon?
Lisa: No.
Homer: Ham?
Lisa: No.
Homer: Pork chops?
Lisa: Dad, those all come from the same animal.
Homer: Heh heh heh. Ooh, yeah, right, Lisa. A wonderful, magical animal.
My favorite breakfast pork is scrapple. For dinner it's pan roasted pork tenderloin with a balsamic-bourbon glaze.
I have not been to Wildwood in years but as a child we often went to Uries .
Measure twice, cut once - wait that's a carpentry tip.
How about . . . using a digital kitchen scale for flour when baking. It makes baking so much easier.
Mostly canola oil and olive oil, sometimes clarified butter.
Durian, scrapple, fried grasshoppers, naam,
And we have a winnah ... shebop, come on down!
Batali...because everything he cooks makes me salivate.
Morimoto has been my favorite since the original show- he is humble, exquisitely creative and inspiring!
Mario! I like Bobby Flay too for his personality--I think he's misunderstood, but Mario's food looks too good.
Batali is the best, he just looks like someone you want cooking your italian food.
sakai for the original, mario for the american version. i am always drooling before the end of the show.
Bobby Flay is my favorite Iron Chef purely because I like watching him during judging as he gets increasingly red and flustered.
