Truffle Oil

Well, my dreams came true recently, as I was given, not one...but THREE bottles of very nice truffle oil. Bestill my beating heart, I am in HEAVEN!
I am used to eating it with steak, on toasted bread, and on spaghetti and lasagna....
But I want something more with my treasure, I want to know how ELSE to use it other than just the ways I've mentioned.
the more ideas, the better because I'm FILTHY RICH WITH TRUFFLE OIL!

thank you

Anyone wanna recommend kids' cookbooks?

OK, this was MY first cookbook, and you can find it at Alibris, or even used on Amazon, it has THE BEST first cookbook, it doesn't do stupid baby cooking, it is ALSO a healthy cookbook with neat recipes.
Love at First Bite by Jane Cooper,1977
Snacks and mealtime treats the quick and easy way

Oh, if you get this they WILL LOVE IT(so will you!), it has smoothie recipes, and puddings and no cook recipes that are WONDERFUL!
How good? I first got a copy when I was 11, I used mine until it fell apart, which is why I got the hardback version for Christmas...at age 38!
Try it, you WILL NOT REGRET IT,and they will learn a love of good, healthy food.

I grew up with 'Fanny at Chez Panisse', it's great for what you're looking for!

The toy company Klutz makes a very good, super-basic cookbook for kids (it's a bit gimmicky; comes with brightly-colored plastic measuring spoons), which I had as a kid, and loved. The recipes are all very easy and rewarding, as they're kid-friendly...I recommend looking for this one at any local toy store that carries Klutz products (they also do kits for things like juggling, crafts - all written by experts in each field).

Marion Cunningham's Cooking with Children is wonderful. When my nieces and nephews were small we had great fun with this book.
