Eat for Eight Bucks: Pupusas con Curtido
My father's side of the family is from El Salvador and Pupusas are one of my favorite dishes. In NJ we have access to several places that serves them, so when we do go there it's usually for special occasions. I love curtido just as much. Heck I can eat it by itself.
The way I eat these is I pinch both sides of one and pull it apart. This helps cool it down. I then place a bit of the curtido on both sides and continue to eat each side as if it were a taco.
