Heirloom Tomato and Beet Stack
The combination of the sweet beets, tangy goat cheese and refreshing tomato really complement each other. Finish with a garnish of micro greens, chopped pistachios and a drizzle of olive oil and flaky sea salt. Bon appetit!
A Chilly Night and a Dinner of Osso Buco
I stopped off at the grocery store on my way home and could not resist picking up three beautiful veal shanks. I've been wanting to make a cozy winter meal and this Osso Bucco turned out, amazing.

This may sound crazy, but I made home made egg nog a few years ago and the recipe called for whipped egg whites to be folded in at the end. You can find pasturized eggs in the grocery store and use those if you are concerned about using raw eggs. It added such a light and airy texture to my otherwise heavy egg nog. It was amazing!
