With American strip bacon, it's a BLT. With loads of crispy iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced RIPE tomatoes, and slathered in Best Foods (aka Hellmans) mayo.

Otherwise, pretty much anything made with pancetta is pretty darned tasty.
