A truly great burger. However, the insistence to serve it only one way is slightly annoying and pretentious (although I do agree the burger is almost perfect "as is.") A friend of mine used to sneak a few thin slices of tomato in her handbag whenever she went to the Pig. I always thought that was hilarious.
