Suggestions for drive-in food

Shaved Ice works great, roasted corn on the cob, maybe even some down home bbq. Funnel Cakes, Churros, Cotton Candy all classic drive in food.

For Help make it a school fund raiser to run the grill and split the proifits with them once you cover the costs, you get free help and good word of mouth.

You might want to see if you can rent some of the comerical equipment you need. it cheaper to rent soemthing to try then buy and the comerical equiptment will work better and keep the Health Department happy.

I wish you great success. Drive-in's are a blast.
