"Bring your own dish" wedding - what to bring?
Wow that all sounds delicious. As long as you bring a good amount, i think you're good to go. I mean, you could through in a desert or something, but i think you already have a lot of work for yourself with what you've planned.
If i went to a wedding and they had pulled pork, and homemade buns, i'd already be sold. But assuming most people are bringing something, i'm sure what you have would be fine.
Vegetarian dating a meat lover
There are a lot of pastas that don't include meat, and are just as filling. How about some gnocchi...i was just looking at this recipe which looks easy but fantastic.
And i agree about the fake meat products. Usually best to stay away from those.
Indian Yogurt Sauce?
Definitely raita. It's an Indian yogurt sauce that has many variations. My favourite is with cucumber, mint or coriander, cumin and salt.

Pancakes with m&ms in them. You get the crunch of the candy with the melty goodness of chocolate. Heaven :)
Oh and any plain pan cakes with fresh fruit and whipped cream. Also delicious. But none of those from a box types.
