I love grilling beer can chickens and potatoes so we have both to make meals with all week long.

I do love a bowl of guacamole. I put green onions, roasted green chiles, garlic, onion, and cilantro in mine.

Gail Ambrosius dark chocolate truffles for a special occasion, but for everyday chocolate eating, I go for an Equal Exchange dark chocolate bar with caramel and sea salt.

I'm on a quitting streak right now. I haven't had a can of diet soda in 2+ weeks. It makes me feel terrible (shaky with an angry esophagus) when I'm hooked on it and I spend so much money in the vending machines. And if I bought a 12-pack and took cans to work with me to save money, well, I'd be admitting my addiction then, wouldn't I?

I've been off the stuff for long periods of time before, but then I get stressed or tired and hear someone open a can nearby, and I lose all self control. Yes, I have actually become conditioned to salivate when someone pops a can top. But this time I'm really committing, by making sure I always have a vessel of iced tea or hot tea nearby. If I can't kick caffeine altogether, at least I can get off the caramel coloring, carbonated water, aspartame, and acid!

I've had some great pizza topping combinations that included prosciutto.
