My greatest success was as a college tailgater. We only had one of those small collapsible grills. We had already mastered the basics of burgers, brats, veggies and even the intermediate beer can chicken, fish and calamari.

We soared one morning as we had a noon football game and had people showing up to tailgate at 8 a.m. We decided to do a full breakfast with eggs, bacon, omelets and pancakes (we used a ton of Tin Foil for those). As the coals were dying down I raked them all to one side and even tried to bake muffins for the late stragglers (those were not as easy as I had thought).

Meat! Buffalo Wings, ham tray, little smokies, shrimp cocktail, bacon-wrapped shrimp, Cajun buffalo wings, hamburgers, salami log, Jamaican buffalo wings, etc...etc...
