Cook the Book: Tuscan Bean Soup
The LA Times review of this book from yesterday said that this recipe was too salty, but they also wrote that the recipe called for 3 tablespoons of salt! Not true! As listed above, it is indeed 3 teaspoons.
They really should run a correction.

How many people own a jar of potatoes, and how many can pick up fresh horseradish at a local store. Gimme the recipe using jarred horseradish and fresh potatoes and then, maybe, I'll understand this book.
