Black Garlic...anyone heard of this?
I actually found it for about $3 for a bag at Sauces n Spices site. The shipping wasn't bad either but lucky for me I found it at a local market last week.
I love the stuff! It's taken some of my dishes to a whole new level. today I used it in my spring rolls.

Easter Pizza which is a traditional Italian style pizza. Its has two layers of curst (top and bottom) with many different types of cheeses and meets inbetween. BTW, it has no sauce and is absolutely delicious.
