Thanks again for all the tips! @sourdough...I wipe pan with butter and cut out circle of baking paper for bottom of pan, and then strips for sides. I just hate doing this though...it's fiddly and crinkly (the paper never fits exactly) I guess I am just too impatient! :-)

Great photos of burgers! But, and this is just my personal taste - I would rather not have cheese on a burger.
