I simply don't understand why everyone who comes to Fort Worth goes to The Railhead. There is much better BBQ to be had as everyone always says. Ask a local where Angelo's is and go there for the zesty sausage and a chopped sandwich. Go have ribs at Risky's and have brisket at The Trading Post.
There's no need to waste a trip on The Railhead.

Understandable.
I just feel more comfortable eating sausage when a bear wearing a hat is gaurding the door.
