Parsley: It's More Than Just a Garnish

I chop flat-leaf parsley (and/or cilantro) into just about everything, in the belief that it is a healthful addition to my diet, and because I enjoy the taste.
As an example, I toss it into salads, eggs, biscuits, stews, chili, chicken dishes, cooked fish, and I toss a hefty handful on top of most casseroles,

What's Your Favorite Frozen Food?

I don't buy much in the way of frozen foods, but among those few items I do buy are these:
Frozen puff pastry and phylo dough (and an occasional pie crust)
Concentrated juices (I use these concentrates in many dishes for intense fruit flavors)
Stouffer's spinach soufleé,
Frozen berries
Sherbet
Everything else in my freezer was frozen after-the-fact.

Recreating the Adult Brownies from Andronico's

More than anything, I want to taste what the salt does in these brownies. I've had chocolaty brownies, and I've had buttery brownies, but salty brownies sounds very appealing.

'The Next Food Network Star' Runner-Up Jeffrey Saad Gets His Own Show Too, Sorta

While I'm sure there are plenty of people who need help making a full dinner for four for under ten dollars - I think that is hardly a new concept on the Food Network.. (god help us, Sandra Lee is doing something similar now) Jeffrey Saad's international approach is much more interesting, and so is he. Do we really need more corn-fed mama's showing us how to cut corners with pie crust?
