Serious Cheese: Blue Cheese 101

Interesting! I am just starting to embrace and love blue cheese. I just made some homeade blue cheese dressing for the first time today. It tastes amazing and was so simple. It will go great with the buffalo wings I am making tonight to enjoy while watching the elections results.

most used: garlic. i single-handedly lower the cholesterol of anyone that lives with me

most likely to spoil: real cheese (not velveeta, i believe that could survive a nuclear attack). my love for cheese is so strong that i impulsively buy a large variety. i have 8 different varieties in my fridge right now, all strictly for personal consumption (no wine and cheese party on the horizon). i have no self control when standing in front of the cheeses. i usually eat about 85% of each one, but for some reason fail to finish that last 15%. :(
