How about cheeses, olives, bread , some veggies and an assortment of crackers and dips. Even smoked fish from whole foods would be good too

I'm thinking about buying 2 Himalayan salt blocks- One for cooking and one for serving cold food. Do they make a big difference in the flavor? Are they worth the money?
