Hi all
First of all thank you Jamie for reviewing and introducing the German/Austrian cheeses so wonderfully in a way, that I'm tempted right now to step out my door and buy some of the cheeses here in Memmingen, Germany. We (that is Norbert and I) are the exporters of these cheeses to the States and enjoy doing this now for some time. It is really the quality of these regional products that make up a great portion of our excitement of being involved in this business.
