Annoying food habits...
My husband and son pour on hot sauce or ketchup all over their food before they even taste it. It drives me insane!!
How Many Potato Salads Do You Make?
I make a traditional mustard-Hellmans mayo recipe BUT I add a little curry powder to the mayo mixture and I crumble in a pound of bacon. I always get compliments on this recipe. It is delicious! I found this recipe several years ago in magazine. It won a potato salad contest.

Goat cheese. I want to like it so bad. There are so many recipes with goat cheese that look wonderful, but every time I try it, I gag!!

Chocolate sheet cake. I like to have a dessert to eat on all weekend. My family loves it.
What would be your favorite items to find on a Brunch menu?
Definately eggs benedict. That is the first thing I look for at a brunch. And make them look beautiful and not slopped together. Also I look for fabulous belgium waffles and good bacon and sausage. Oh yes, you must have great potatoes cooked with onions and don't let them get cold. That with a great cup of coffee - heaven!!!
What one food are you ashamed to admit you like?
Menudo. I always call it possum stew because it looks like something the beverly hillbillies would eat. But I love it...with onions, peppers, lemon and corn tortillas. Yum! I would never eat it out with the girls though.
