Thanks for all the feedback. I plan to finally use bitter melon. It is a new food for me and easy to find here in Honolulu's Chinatown. I have found stir fry recipes that use it and I just have to try it. It's supposed to be bitter (as the name implies). Some people love it and others do not. I will soon find which category I fall into.
