What are good techniques for making bacon wrapped potato wedges?

Thanks for all the feedback. The wedges turned out great, I cut the wedges small enough that even though the potato wasn't crispy (it was soft and fluffy) the crispy bacon more than made up for it. here is what I did if anyone cares:

New Year's Food Resolutions!

I plan to finally use bitter melon. It is a new food for me and easy to find here in Honolulu's Chinatown. I have found stir fry recipes that use it and I just have to try it. It's supposed to be bitter (as the name implies). Some people love it and others do not. I will soon find which category I fall into.
