I've tried numerous recipes for crust. The last two times I've made the no-knead crust. Every time I try, it appears that my crust doesn't rise enough. Either in the bowl or when I bake it. I use the ingredients specified and wait the amounts of time, and I still never get enough rise. Is there something I'm missing? I don't live at altitude, quite the opposite, I live in Portland, OR.
Help, I need to make good pizza.
