Vegetarian Dim Sum House in Chinatown Can Be Enjoyed by All
I spent a lot of time in Beijing last summer and I'm pretty sure the mock roast pork buns are really called baozi (pronounced "Bowza"). We got them for breakfast most mornings (10 for the equivalent of $1!) and they are usually filled with a red bean past or some type of ground meat/veggie mix. I've been looking for them in the US ever since -- I gotta check this place out.

Start off the afternoon with a solid bloody mary and move along to an ice cold blue moon. Once my taste buds are killed by wing sauce, a bud light will close it out just fine.
