Pizzablogger: If memory serves me correctly, it's fresh garlic and dried oregano in addition to what you mentioned. There is also a (unpictured) crazy spicy salsa of sorts made by the staff that's a mix of crushed flakes pureed with the Calabrian chilies and oil.
