Dinner Tonight: Chicken Adobo

I made this tonight and it was delicious. I used white balsamic, and finished it off on the grill, though the skin was plenty crispy without the grill time. This recipe will be a keeper!

I crave shrimp, garlic, shallots, olive oil, sesame oil and cilantro and green onions in any combination. Actually, I crave all shellfish and await the next harvest of mussels. I have just joined Healthy Living with Ellie to gain support for losing some extra pounds by eating healthier......and yummy too. I NEED a copy of her new book!
