Yes, Absolutely the bacon and egg comes from Heston. I have never claimed to have invented the recipe. Mine is a different take on Hestons concept, not a copy of the recipe. Like any Cooking, if 2 chefs create something from a similar recipe, the end product will come out differently because it will incorporate each chefs own flair..... it was for a laugh because the category of the ice cream awards has been very bland for years.......
