My favorite quick and easy meal is too boil some pasta, then throw asparagus into the pasta water for the last three minutes. Drain and toss with a log of goat cheese the zest of a lemon and a good bit of olive oil.

I dont understand hot sauce? never will? why over power your food with something that makes your mouth uncomfortable.
