Whenever I need a foodie tv fix, the ONLY "guru" I seek out is NATHAN LYON [A Lyon in the Kitchen]!!! Intelligent, creative, soothing, pleasant and original sans being pedantic.
Soooooooo tired of the Lagassi pseudo theatrics; Ray's exhausting body gestures and non-stop tongue/cutesey stuff; and that revolting guy in a kitchen the size of a water closet [the one who actually thinks he's funny]. Some others have thankfully been deleted even as we speak.
Mr Nathan Lyon, please keep doing what you do to perfection and with such apparent ease and pleasure!!! Thank you. ileana

By accident, I did happen to see Dean's show and couldn't believe my eyes: an over-weight, middle-age "kind of trampy" woman with a nausea provoking syrupy southern accent cooking some of the unhealthiest stuff ever!!! Is the Food Network insane? They dropped Emeril but Paula is still promoting heart disease.
