Cook the Book: 'Street Food of India'

my most memorable street food experience would be in Malaysia. Eating out .. under a huge tree that acted as an umbrella to hot and humid days... watching the food hawker tossing 'Roti Chanai' (equivalent to Indian flat bread) like an Italian making tossing Pizza dough, then savour the roti using hand, dipped the roti in dhal curry. Fascinated by the vendor again making 'Teh Tarik' or literally translated 'Pull Tea'. The 'pulled' tea was then served to you... nice and sweet and foamy... yum...
