Moxie is awful. It tastes like motor oil. But I love it. Because I love my Mainers and I love the idea that Moxie conjures- those perfect Maine days, when it feels like you are literally in the most beautiful place on earth. And the peace of the land just seeps into your bones. So Moxie is awful, but I love it with every, teeny, tiny spec of my being.

@Karmafreecooking- melt my heart! That is DEFINITELY going in as an appetizer for that night. @Chileruizstra the eggs over easy sounds- AMAZING! I think I'll have my mom man the frying pan. Everyone who suggested a salad- THANK YOU! I am going to use one of these recipes, for sure!

I want to say bacon, because my love for bacon runs deep and runs wild. I have the bacon wallet, bacon tshirt, bacon gummy candy, bacon lip balm, bacon mints, bacon jelly beans, chocolate covered bacon, been a member of bacon of the month club, I special order bacon from farmers across the midwest & south. I mean... I. LOVE. BACON. However, for space? Gotta be pop rocks. Why? When they are such a mediocre candy. (I am also a candy-aholic and a cheese-aholic) Because everyone wants to know what the hell a pop rock is gonna do while you're eating it floating around a space station!! And think of the possibilities of pop rocks in space- pop rocks released into the universe!!! It blows the mind. It really does.
