Desperate for tomato pie recipe

Deb from Smitten Kitchen posted a tomato pie recipe last summer, although I think it might have had some sweetcorn in as well...

Entertaining Allergies

My brother has a v serious nut allergy (he will go into anaphylactic shock if he comes into contact with them) and so he is understandably quite paranoid about being anywhere near them. If he went somewhere and nuts were used in any of the dishes, even if there were nut free dishes he could eat, he would refuse to eat anything due to the risk of cross contamination, and most likely want to leave early (which sucks as he is a great guest to have - v funny & charming).
I have another friend with multiple food intolerances who, as @hungrychristel mentioned, goes to things fully expecting not to be able to eat anything at all. When people have gone out of their way to make dishes that are safe for her she is always so touched and grateful.
IMHO I think cooking for people with allergies can be quite an interesting experience - it's made me try new dishes, come up with new ideas etc. and that is never a bad thing.
Ok, essay over!

What are you asking Santa (or whomever) to bring you?

This is a brilliant subject.
I have been sooo good this year, so I most definitely deserve a visit from Santa.
I would love a bright red Kitchen Aid stand mixer (I keep going on Amazon whilst I am at work and gazing at it adoringly. I'm in London and KitchenAids are way more expensive over here *sigh*)
A Magimix food processor - a nice big one.
Some Le Creuset cast iron pots (?dutch ovens?) in whatever colour he wished (although ideally something bright!)
Alternatively he could just drop off the winning EuroMillions lotto ticket and I can take care of buying it all for myself!

Favorite Bagel Fillings/Toppings?

I love crunchy peanut butter on a sesame seed bagel, just butter on a cinnamon raisin, and butter and jam on a plain one. If they're totally fresh though, I am more than happy just ripping into them naked. The bagel I mean. I remain fully clothed...

The family that eats together...What's for dinner 10/25 Sunday??

A big bowl of stew, slow-cooked in the oven, with a hunk of fresh bread slathered in butter to mop up the juices. Yum. First stew of autumn and the house is filled with the smell of root vegetables. Just the meal for the first evening that the clocks have gone back (in UK).
