Siracha in scrambled eggs is awesome! Also, I've used it when I make chicken cutlets. I put a few drops in the egg mixture.
Bake the Book: 'The Cookiepedia'
I recently made Oreo Cheesecake Cookies (from Brown Eyed Baker). They were awesome!
Cook the Book: 'Home Made'

Extra-Flaky Scallion Pancakes
I made these (with the dipping sauce) yesterday and they were fantastic! One thing to remember for next time is to chop the scallions really finely because some of the bigger pieces created a few tears in the dough (not hard to fix) and some kept trying to sneak out of the jelly roll. I'm definitely making them again!
Weekend Giveaway: 'The Food Matters Cookbook'
My boyfriend and I make most of our meals and rarely get takeout. We've been trying to buy local and buy more at the farmers' market, instead of at the supermarket. We've also cut HFCS out of our diets.

I love my immersion blender. When I come across a recipe for soup that requires pureeing in the blender, I know I can count on my immersion blender to save me :)
Serious Cookies: Chewy Gingersnaps
Same here! I made them yesterday..they were chewy then, but they have crisped up a bit since (which is fine! I was just looking forward to a chewy version). They're delicious though - I might just have to cut the baking time down by a few minutes.
