Silky Smooth Ultra Creamery in the Beverly Center is unique to LA as the only "MicroCreamery" around...that means super-fresh microbatches of a velvety smooth fusion of artisan gelato and a midwest delicacy called "frozen custard" (weird name but the stuff is heavenly!). Their fruit sorbets are so smooth and creamy that its hard to believe they have no dairy in them, but their very special microcreamery machine (not soft-serve or hard-scooped)

There is a really unique hybrid of soft serve in the Beverly Center called Silky Smooth, and the texture is not only soft, but as the name suggests, incredibly velvety smooth! Flavors are really intense like the best gelatos, plus they do offer delicious dairy free fruit sorbets as well. Something special?
