i made this last night for dinner! i love soojaebi. i even like to make a spicy version. buti agree with pixshim, its not usually on the menu in restaurants. the only place i've seen it on the menu is at myungdong kal gook soo in palisades park, nj.

Does kimchi go bad?

i just re-read my comment and what i meant to say is that it might be too sour for your taste by now. kimchi doesn't really go bad. its still edible, but different people have different opinions on how "ripe" they like to eat their kimchi.

it might be too sour by now. i personally don't like my kimchi too sour. but i love to make kimchi fried rice or to stir fry it with some pork and tofu.

i love chikfila, from the nuggets to the breakfast chicken biscuit. funnily enough, i always seem to crave chikfila on a sunday. but it's cool. they do what they gotta do.

Spam Experience

Spam, how i love thee. let me count the ways.

i will eat it with eggs, either omelet style, or fried up with scrambled eggs. or else even use it in a breakfast sandwich of sorts.

i love eating it in ramyun.

i will even fry it up, sprinkle a little garlic powder on it and eat it with rice and kimchi.

i will also put spam in musubis and kimbap, korean style sushi.
