Crisp Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Sounds tasty. There's something off with the measurements, though. If you put 1 cup of cheddar on each slide of bread, you'll need 8 cups to make the 4 sandwiches, not 2 cups as the recipe states. At a minimum, you'll need 4 cups if you only put the cheese on one side of the sandwich. I'm not really going to measure the cheese when I make this...
