I've only eaten there a few times; once with my ex-wife (who was snotty-bored the entire time), and a couple of times since. The burger? It was OK. The milkshake was great.
Overall though, the experience skewed towards the forgettable side, except for two minor (though seemingly related) details: Is it just me or is the ceiling too low? And am I the only one who's ever come out of there smelling like the grill?
