'Dinner Impossible' Premieres Tonight with Host Michael Symon

Tricia...Actually the idea for the show wasn't Robert's (per his own blog it was created by Brian O'Reilly)

I liked watching him on the show, but i think changing it up is a good thing...Symon may not have the english accent or the in your face persaonlity, but he does appear to have a great sense of humor and an ability to complete the tasks at hand....i agree that a lot of the information spread about Robert was untrue, but the damage to his credibility was done...regardless of being true or not....that's sad..but it happens to celebrities all the time. It's the risk you take being in the spotlight ...unfortunately.

I'm a fourth (or fifth) to Krusteaz....I've even used the crust and added my own ingredients (did one with cream cheese/powdered sugar and blueberry extract with canned blueberry pie filling on top!...YUM!) can't beat it if you need something that tastes like it's from scratch!

Am I missing something on that blog? Where's the 'come clean' bit?

I will add my vote to the Krusteaz as well. Their lemon bars have this alternative recipe on the box that is practically magic, you put the crust over the curd stuff, and when it bakes the curd stuff rises. Fun to bake with kidlets.

Pork Martini: Four Ways

I don't foresee too many people being comfortable with a big honkin piece of sausage floating in their martini. But maybe that's just me.

Pork Martini: Four Ways

Give me an olive, onion, cherry, or citrus twist and I'm smiling. Stick in a hunk o' pork and I'd definitely hurl. Seriously.

Hmmm, maybe those sweet cured Chinese sausages, thinly sliced, might be pretty goood....and what about Chorizo, thin slivers of prosciutto or...JAMON! very interesting idea...

What kind of bacon are you using? I can see how bacon vodka might work if combined with something appropriately sweet like, duh, maple flavors. Maybe I'm just being too conservative.

i luv vodka and pork, but together? i really don't know. strangely though, bacon vodka sounds good.

Well, I can't say I'm one to try pork martinis....but then again, I'm currently making bacon vodka. Bacon martinis anyone?

I'll try anything once. But I must say, this doesn't look very promising. Not sure exactly why we really need pork martinis...

They are all good cooks, but my favorite is Paula Deen. Love her show. Thanks for the contest!

So many fun choices! I'd love to have Paula Dean come. (She reminds me so much of the lady I grew up next to, whom I remember fondly.) Hey, Paula, bring the boys too! Of course, I'd also love to have Alton Brown or Rachael Ray. Oh, and Tyler Florence! (Could I make it a party with all of them? grin!)

Bobby Flay has my vote hands down! I love his personality and he is a great chef. I don't think anyone else could handle a dinner party as well.

Send Paula over to my house! The food would be fantastic, the conversation devine! She is welcome to stay as long as she likes. Heck, I'd even consider adding on a mother-in-law apartment if she'd stay long enough. I love her Southern cooking and her bubbly personality. Oh, the "Boys" are welcome to come along for an extended stay, too! Thank you for the opportunity to win!

Send any of them; I'd love a fab meal I didn't have to cook myself! No, really, I'd like Bobby to whip up something unique on the grill; can't get over how many different dishes he prepares on it. And I wouldn't turn away Jamie or Giada.

I would have Paula Deen cook dinner for me. She's a true southern cook, she is very entertaining and I believe she would keep us in stiches while she cooks.

Paula Deen for sure. She's so down home. I think it would be like having your best friend in the kitchen.
